Pineapple is the most widely produced fruit on the island of São Miguel, being also because its production that the island is renowned. This pineapple liqueur is produced from ripe fruit, with no added fertilizers or chemicals, and aged in oak casks according to artisanal and traditional processes.

Bronze Medal in the 10th National Portuguese Liqueurs Contest (2021) - Clear, toasty yellow color close to golden. On the nose, the sweetness of the self-produced pineapple stands out, which lingers when we taste it on the palate. Smooth and sweet but with a slight acidity of the fruit that gives it character.
