Flemish Cheese Milhafre Terceira island Bar of 2kg

Produced on the island of Terceira, from fresh milk from the Azores, this Flemish cheese "Milhafre" has a fat content between 45% and 60%, a semi-rigid cheese, which is ideal for slicing for sandwiches and other bread uses. 

Ingredients: Pasteurized Milk, buttermilk, skimmed milk powder, milk enzymes, rennet, preservative: E252 and salt.
