In the excellence of the nature that surrounds us, the São Jorge (DOP *) cheeses are naturally homemade.
Produced exclusively from raw cow's milk and with a minimum curing time of three months, the São Jorge cheese has a strong and slightly spicy flavor, which will accentuate with the curing time.
Cured cheese of 4 months.
