"Filósofos da Rua" Chronicles by Augusto Gomes

"Filósofos da Rua" (Street Philosophers) (Angra do Heroísmo, 1982) is a repository of popular figures, picturesque settings and pieces of the history of the city of Angra, portraying with rare fidelity the experience of this peaceful town of a few years ago.

In each place of the center of the city of Angra do Heroísmo an historical review is made, followed by "evocative, picturesque and nostalgic notes", concluding like the presentation of its "philosophers".
