Recognized by the Azores Regional Wine Commission, this is a white wine that exhibits a pale gold color with greenish hues, with an intense and complex aroma with a hint of fresh fruit and wild shrubs. It has a good body, balanced acidity and lingering fruit taste. It is a wine which shows a marked character.
The recommended castes of wine (Verdelho, Arinto and Boal) are sown in traditional pens implanted in clay soil. Vinified in open spouts, it is decanted by gravity and stainless tools at a controlled temperature of 14 º C. After nine months of probation, the result is this white wine with a round and evolved excellent body.

Serving Suggestions: must be enjoyed between 9 to 11 ° C, 5 to 10 minutes after opening.
