Made in Azores is a project for the dissemination and sale of regional Azorean products to the whole world, with the motto: the excellence of Azorean products at the click of a button.

Based on the confidence in the quality of gastronomic and cultural products of the Archipelago of the Azores, and the willingness of three third parties to promote them here and abroad, Made in Azores offers a range of unique products, resulting from centuries of history and experience of the people of the islands.

Located in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean, the Archipelago of the Azores has almost 600 years of history and culture, shaped by the geographical dispersion of its people and its nine islands: Santa Maria, São Miguel, Terceira, Graciosa, São Jorge, Pico, Faial , Flores and Corvo.

Playing, since its settlement, a very important role of intercontinental scale during the Discoveries, the Azores islands were a meeting point and support for multiple cultures, having had very early access to the news that came from the ships returning from the Indies.

In addition to the exoticism of the new recipes brought from different corners of the world, during the Discoveries, the unique national techniques and traditions that developed and found on the lava floor of its nine islands were added.

In addition to this tradition, a current contemporaneity emerges that is not only attentive to the possibility of the internationalization of Azorean products but also intends to be an active part of that globalization, by offering contemporary products, reinvented and available at the click of a button.

Made in Azores is also accomplished through the Youtube channel, with online availability of Azorean music and poetry performed by contemporary artists and poets, and through the publication Made in Azores, on Medium, platform of writing articles on thematic related to the Azores.
