"Porto do mistério do norte" Fiction by Dimas Simas Lopes
by Dimas Simas Lopes. Fiction (Novel). Transeatlântico Collection 012
Dimas Simas Lopes' new book can be read with the pleasure of those who hear many stories that the sea brings to the mouth of those who call it "you", whether they be fishermen or old whalers. And confirms the Porto do Mistério do Norte as a mythical place, whose characters bring us the flavor of popular language and its keen critical sense. Thus, through moments of great humor, we follow Tónio's joys of freedom at the same time we watch the parade of small and large treachery of the human soul. (Carlos Bessa)
