Goshawk Gin Premium is distilled in the Azores in traditional copper stills. It is a superbly balanced gin with a traditional flavor. The name Goshawk means "Milhafre" and it is a tribute to this magnificent bird of prey that has been in the origin of the name of the Archipelago of the Azores. At the time, so says the legend, the settlers mistook the goshawks that lived in the islands for the birds Azores. Thus, the name Archipelago of the Azores.
