Verdelho white wine produced in "curraletas" made up of volcanic rocks, between the parishes of Altares and Quatro Ribeiras on Terceira Island, from ancient grape varieties, having been vinified with fermentation temperature control. It has a nice balance of fruit and freshness. With a very fine aroma of green fruit and mild sea air (fresh seaweed),  has a rather bulky and soft flavor, with the correct level of acidity and a very pleasant taste to the nose, especially seafood.
