The Graciosa coconut cheesecakes are part of the traditional cuisine of the Graciosa Island in the Azores. They have always been present at traditional social gatherings of the archipelago, such as weddings, baptisms, celebrations of the Holy Spirit, and slaughtering of the pig.

Making Graciosa coconut cheesecakes begins with the selection of exclusively natural products, with no artificial colors or preservatives. Then, their preparation follows the techniques and teachings of centruries of traditional processes, which gives them a great look and excellent taste.

The Graciosa Coconut Cheesecake is produced in the Graciosa Biosphere Reserve, an island that was included in the World Network of UNESCO Biosphere Reserves.
