The "Anais da Ilha Terceira" is a work written according to the chronological criterion typical of the Annals, covering the period from the discovery and settlement of the island until 1832. It was offered by its author, the historian and politician Francisco Ferreira Drummond, to the City Hall of Angra do Heroism, which later published it.
