"O Peixe na Cozinha Açoriana - E Outras Coisas Mais" by Augusto Gomes

In this book the fish is the main character. It proposes recipes and stories of Azorean cuisine, always with the sea as backdrop. In addition, it gives us to know the various species of fish in the Azorean Sea.

The book is illustrated with drawings of the various species of fish and with some scientific notes by Dr. João Pedro Barreiros of the Department of Agrarian Sciences of the University of the Azores.
